Daddy Night Off
Buster was a little hard to rouse this morning, but I eventually got him going and got both kids dressed, fed, and out the door to school. We were again about five minutes later than I would have liked, but overall I consider it a major accomplishment.The kids seem to have generally had a good day. Babysitter G took over for Nanny J in the evening, and I didn't get home until about 8:30. Buster had apparently retired early, but got up when I came in the door. Bud was just about to turn in. We said goodnight to Babysitter G, and I got the kids settled into bed.
Nanny J had apparently baked a raisin buns today, and Buster was pretty excited about them. I chatted with him a little bit before we turned the light out around 8:45. He fell asleep pretty quickly. Bud and I discussed Bunnicula, which I read last night, a little bit before he drifted off around 9:00.
